AQUACULTURE SCOPING SESSION
Mon., March 15, 2010, 6:00 p.m. Brooksville Town Office 1 Town House Rd., Brooksville A public scoping session will be conducted by Frank S. Peasley and the Department of Marine Resources on a proposed aquaculture lease application for suspended culture of Eastern/American oysters and European oysters located on the Bagaduce River, North of Bear Head. The session provides an opportunity for the public to learn about the proposed lease and to have an informal discussion with the applicant about this proposal. A scoping session provides for open discussion and is not an adjudictory hearing.
